What the app does

  • Meal plans.Set a goal (lose, maintain or gain weight) and Affili-Fit works out a daily calorie target. Pick one of 12 diets, such as Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo or Low FODMAP, leave out foods you don't eat and set a cooking time limit. You get a week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
  • Grocery list.Every ingredient from the plan goes into one list grouped by aisle. Choose the days you're shopping for, scale quantities up to 5x and mark what's already in your pantry. See the meal planner with grocery list.
  • Tracking. Log meals and see calories, protein, carbs and fat against your goal. Search foods and restaurant dishes, scan a barcode or import a recipe from a link. Track water and weight, with progress photos.
  • Workouts. Browse workouts by body part, equipment, type and time, many with follow-along videos, or build your own workouts and plans of up to 10 days.
  • Rewards. Points for logging meals, water, workouts and on-target days, spent on offers from partner businesses. More in apps that pay you to work out.
  • Also included. Steps, active calories, distance and heart rate from Apple Health, family groups with a join code, and a community feed.
